"Easy updates when I was too drained to follow up"

I ordered a few boat parts and, i was half-expecting some vague “your order is being processed” runaround like you get from a lot of places. But the tracking actually updated, everything showed up, and nothing was missing. It did take one day longer than the first estimate, but that wasn’t a big deal. Overall, solid experience. I’d probably order from them again

The directions did help me get through the install, so I’ll give them credit for that. But this is where it got annoying: a few steps were still kind of confusing, and I had to reread them a couple times to figure out what I was supposed to do next.

I was already a little frustrated trying to figure out the right part for my boat motor, so I decided to call their tech support. It took a little while to get through, but once I did, the guy was really helpful and clearly knew what he was talking about. He pointed me to the right part quickly. Overall, it was a good experience and definitely saved me some guesswork.

I had a smooth experience using wholesalemarine.com. I’m usually the type to focus on exactly what I came for and ignore everything else, so I appreciated that the search worked well and the categories actually made sense. Shipping was totally fine, but I was a little disappointed with the cover itself. The material felt thinner than I expected, and after just a couple weekends it already started fraying. Has anyone else had the same issue, or did I just get a bad one?

Hi, wholesale marine, i've got a technical question for you. i have the subject motor and would like to know why i don't see in any of the gasket sets the gasket for the lower unit housing. when the lower unit is taken off, the gasket to seal those two parts seems to be missing in all the gasket sets. also, are there any better repair/service manuals for my 15 hp engine? i've got the one by seloc and it's too general. thanks for any help you can render. steve sorrels 5 hillside circle storrs, ct 06268 203-535-4426
